A number of shops in the Fox Cities are working together to help animals affected by the bushfires in Australia.
Vicki Mothes of Make Do in Kaukauna says there are easy patterns that people can follow for pouches to protect fruit bats. They’re also looking for pouches for baby kangaroos.
Make Do is inside Kaukauna Coffee and Tea.
Mothes says Casting On, on College Avenue in downtown Appleton, is collecting items until January 26th to ship to Australia.
