A judge in Manitowoc County is keeping a teenager’s case in adult court.
Sixteen-year-old Damien Hauschultz was 14 when his seven-year-old cousin, Ethan Hauschultz, was killed.
Prosecutors say Damien severely beat the boy and partially buried him in snow.
Damien’s parents, Timothy and Tina, were Ethan’s guardians and they’re also facing charges.
Timothy is accused of punishing Ethan by forcing him to walk around while carrying a heavy log.
