A 19-year-old Oshkosh man will be behind bars for 30 days for illegally buying a gun for a teenage boy.
Prosecutors say the 16-year-old posted a video of the rifle on Instagram last June. The caption read “Revealing New School Shooter Gun.”
Hunter Nicholson admitted to lying on the federal ATF form when he bought the gun. Nicholson will also be on probation for three years.
