A Brown County judge says a man charged with a double murder in Hobart is competent to stand trial.
Twenty-nine-year-old Jacob Cayer is accused of killing his ex-girlfriend, Sabrina Teague, and her mother, Heesun Teague, in September of 2016. His case has been delayed several times because of competency issues.
Judge Tammy Jo Hock is scheduling a five-day jury trial to start on April 20th.
Cayer is also charged with attacking Sabrina’s boyfriend. He survived and called 911.
