A six-year-old girl was killed while waiting to get on her bus in Waushara County, counselors are at their school.
Deputies say the driver of a truck was trying to pass the bus on the right, while the lights were flashing. The kindergartner died at the scene, and her four-year-old sister had minor injuries.
Plainfield Tri-County District Administrator Anthony Marinack says counselors and the county human services department are meeting with students.
The bus stop is along Highway 73, east of Plainfield.
