Prosecutors are charging the suspect in a road-rage shooting by I-41 in Grand Chute.
Nineteen-year-old Kaimari Jones of Racine is accused of firing at a car by the College Avenue interchange last week. He was arrested last weekend.
His bond was set at $15,000 on charges of first-degree reckless endangerment, criminal damage to property, and disorderly conduct.
