One of the candidates for Appleton mayor is a businessman.
Mark Todd says lowering property taxes would be his top priority. He’s in the banking industry, and he believes his experience working with new businesses would help him with growth and development.
Todd also briefly ran for governor as a Republican in 2010. He says he wants to be the mayor to make a positive difference.
