Plans for a hotel in downtown Little Chute are progressing.
The village board unanimously agreed to rezone the proposed site along Main Street, just west of the windmill.
Village Administrator James Fenlon says the developer still needs to put together the specific site plans, and they have to work out a developer agreement.
The hotel would have 53 rooms.
Fenlon hopes the village board can finish the approval process by the beginning of May.
