The Brown County Sheriff’s Department says a suspect tried to rob a man in Allouez, while the man was using a tractor to plow snow.
Deputies say the robber had a knife, but the man has a concealed carry permit, and he pulled out a gun around noon on Saturday. The suspect ran away, and deputies weren’t able to find him.
They say he’s a black man, around 35 to 40 years old, and he was wearing a Chicago Bears winter hat.
