A local company is one of the winners of a statewide award.
Fox Valley Wood Products in Kaukauna is this year’s Manufacturer of the Year in the small company category. The state’s largest business group, Wisconsin Manufacturers and Commerce, handed out the awards.
Company Vice President Jeff Van Zeeland says they were judged in several areas.
Fox Valley Wood Products builds crates and pallets. It’s a third-generation business.
Nueske’s Applewood Smoked Meats in Shawano County took home the award in the large company category.
