A man is in custody, after police say he shot his girlfriend in Waupaca.
They say the woman was flown to ThedaCare’s Neenah hospital by helicopter. Police say a man told dispatchers around 10:45 p.m. Monday that he shot his girlfriend at a home.
They believe he drove off, and officers spotted his car north of the city. He was arrested, after a chase.
