Aussie police are sharing video of a man who used a fishing rod to steal a $700 Versace necklace from a Victoria jewelry store.
The man broke a window at the jewelry store and used the fishing pole to hook the necklace off a mannequin in the storefront. This wasn’t a quickie cast n’ grab either. The suspect was playing the long game with the long pole because the entire process took over three hours to pull off.
Even the police admit they’ve never seen such a clever theft before.
Impressive.
