On our first trip the the Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Resort in Jamaica, two years ago, both Rick and Len became enamored of the jerk shack they had down on the beach, cooking up jerk chicken and paella. In fact, they started writing a song about it. With the help of Amy Jo Doty of the band Road Trip and Marc Golde from Rock Garden Studio, they finally finished it for this year’s trip. Since a few of you have asked, I figured I better finally get around to posting it! Have at it, mon!
