School districts are working to make sure students can still eat, if they rely on school programs for breakfast and lunch.
Appleton Chief Financial Officer Greg Hartjes says they’ll have pickup locations at three middle schools. He says people can pull up in their cars, at Madison, Kalaedoscope, and Wilson schools, between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. He says they decided on those places because people will be able to drive up to a window or door, get their food, and drive away.
Hartjes says students will get their lunch, and a pre-packaged breakfast for the next day.
The Oshkosh school district will have pick-up locations at several schools at different times.
