Singer Michael McDonald is using his time indoors to share a little message of love and kindness, and a song, with fans via Facebook.
McDonald took to Facebook last last week to sing a song from his home studio and share the following message:
“Keep the faith everyone. Not being able to get out there and play in person for you all only makes me infinitely more grateful for the audience that has supported us all these years. You’re the most important part of the dreams that come true for guys like me. May all your dreams come true in this life.”
McDonald is scheduled to tour with his former Doobie Brothers bandmates this year as part of that band’s 50th anniversary, and to celebrate their 2020 induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The Doobies had to postpone their late February Las Vegas dates to November. The Rock Hall Induction ceremony has also been postponed, with no new date set at time of publication.
