With gyms and other exercise-related facilities shut down during the coronavirus pandemic, the options for people to stay in stay in shape become limited. Although some people are unaffected because they may own at least one piece of home exercise equipment, not everyone has that luxury.
However, many places have recognized that much of the population is stuck in front of a computer screen for most of the day and are offering virtual and online ways of staying fit. Local businesses such as Bode Central in Green Bay are offering live gym workouts online for free twice a day. Even the FBI has an app available to assist with home exercise.

With the potential to be stationary for hours at a time with no outlet for physical activity, people now have creative options for at least low-impact exercise, which is better than nothing.
