Part of the sentence for convicted murderer Kenneth Hudson is being reduced, but he still won’t get out of prison.
He was convicted of stabbing Shanna Van Dyn Hoven to death while she was jogging in Kaukauna in 2000.
The state corrections department found that the five-and-a-half year sentence for leading police on a high-speed chase was six months longer than was allowed.
Hudson is still serving a life prison sentence, without the possibility of parole, for the murder charge.
