There’s another delay in the case of a Missouri man accused of killing two brothers from the Seymour area.
The defense for Garland “Joey” Nelson was able to hold off on the his preliminary hearing for a fifth time.
Nelson is accused of killing Nick and Justin Diemel at his farm in Missouri last July. The brothers went there to collect money for for cows they had sold to Nelson.
That hearing is now scheduled for April 24th.
