Fond du Lac Police can now give people tickets for breaking the state’s “safer at home” order.
The city council set the fines for gatherings, and using facilities that are closed to the public.
Police Chief Bill Lamb says repeat offenders will be punished. He says officers are getting complaints about people getting together.
The fines are $90 for pre-teens, $187 for teenagers, and $313 for adults.
