Green Bay police are looking for two people, in connection with a murder on the city’s west side.
They say Manuel Mendoza is a potential suspect in the April 7th shooting, and he should be considered armed and dangerous. Detectives believe Dolores Garcia might be with him.
They say they have ties to Green Bay, Shawano, and the Menominee Indian reservation.
Police report a 27-year-old man was shot in the back, in a parking lot at an apartment complex on Western Avenue.
Detectives think everyone involved knew each other, and the victim was targeted.
