Dr. Ashok Rai is the president of Prevea Health, and he tells Action 2 News it’s better to have benchmarks than a specific date.
Rai says before getting to the first phase of reopening, the number of new coronavirus cases needs to decline. He also supports having more testing, and contact tracing, to deal with any outbreaks.
