An Appleton man is charged with homicide by driving drunk in connection with a deadly crash near De Pere.
Prosecutors say 27-year-old Terral Wallace was behind the wheel, when he rolled his SUV along I-41, south of the Scheuring Road exit on Sunday. A woman riding with him was killed.
Prosecutors say Wallace and the three others in the SUV had been at a party in Green Bay, and they were heading back to Appleton. They say one of the passengers suffered a spinal injury, while another is in a coma.
