A North Fond du Lac man is accused of using stolen underwear to set several fires around Fond du Lac County.
Forty-three-year-old Michael Miller is facing 27 charges, including arson and possessing child pornography.
Prosecutors say Miller would steal underwear at laundromats, and they found men’s underwear, a women’s bra, and a child’s swimsuit at some of the fires from last month.
He’s charged with starting 12 fires, dating back to December of 2018.
Miller is in custody on a $200,000 bond.
