The head of Outagamie County thinks the Supreme Court’s decision on the extension of the “safer at home” order should be based on medical advice.
County Executive Tom Nelson says the rules have kept the virus somewhat in check. He believes if the court rules in favor of Republicans, the state could lose all of the gains from the past month-and-a-half.
