The Brown County Health Department says it was an unfortunate misunderstanding that a Green Bay business owner was told he could reopen.
Larry Stange of Bay Beach Mini Golf says he spent thousands of dollars on supplies, and changes to make the course safer. He opened last weekend, before getting a call, telling him he had to close.
Mini-golf courses and driving ranges have to be closed, under the “safer at home” order from Governor Evers.
