Local food pantries are keeping their shelves stocked despite the pandemic.
St. Joseph Food Program spokeswoman Karen Ziemke says they have fresh meat even though some processors are shut down. She says demand at St. Joseph has remained flat so far, but that could change the longer businesses remain closed.
