Jonah Hill (Paramount Studios) / Samuel L. Jackson (Walt Disney Studios)
No Fu#$^ing way has Jonah Hill swore more in film than Samuel L. Jackson. That was my first thought when I read the headline. But now digging into the study I guess it makes sense.
From analysis group BuzzBingo.com; Have you ever wondered which films are filled with the most expletives, or which actor curses the most on the big screen? You may be surprised by the results of our study of over 3,500 movie scripts.
The study “Profanity in Film“, said that Hill has used bad language 376 times in his movies – in large part because of his role in Martin Scorsese’s 2013 film “The Wolf of Wall Street”. Jackson, on the other hand, has only used swear words 301 times in his films, landing him at just third place overall. Second place? Hill’s running mate in “The Wolf of Wall Street“, Leonardo DiCaprio.
Speaking of ,”The Wolf of Wall Street“, the study said is the most profane movie in terms of language ever, with offensive language used over 700 times!
The Survey compiled the fu#$%ing results over many swear-a-gories like, “Sweariest Film Characters“, “Actors That Swear the Most in Films“, “Most Foul-Mouthed Films” and even a look at increased swear counts have increased in PG-Rated films.
