With traditional parades on hold because of coronavirus, a neighborhood group in Green Bay held its own.
Ryan Groshek is the president of the Olde Preble Neighborhood, and he says they didn’t throw candy or anything that could potentially spread coronavirus. He says they wanted to show that everyone is in this together, and they’re here for each other.
About a dozen vehicles and Mayor Eric Genrich were in the parade. Many of the cars were decorated in red, white, and blue. Organizers hope it can become a tradition.
