An Appleton Republican believes “bad actors” are hijacking the protests over the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis.
State Senate President Roger Roth says they’re terrorizing communities. He believes the people involved in peaceful protests during the day are different than the ones showing up to commit violence at night.
