The state is reporting 2.6 percent of new coronavirus tests came back positive.
That’s up from 2.4 percent yesterday, but lower than Friday’s 2.8 percent, Thursday’s 3.6 percent, and Wednesday’s 2.8 percent. Tuesday’s total was a record low of 1.9 percent.
There are 240 new confirmed cases in Wisconsin, and 22,758 overall.
The state has 5,507 active cases, and that’s 88 fewer than yesterday. Seventy-three percent of confirmed cases have recovered, an increase of one percent.
There have been 692 confirmed deaths, and that’s one more than yesterday.
Across Wisconsin, 289 people are hospitalized, and that’s four more. Another 184 patients are awaiting COVID-19 test results, an increase of 17.
Winnebago County has 12 more cases, and 518 overall.
Brown added 11, for a total of 2,469.
Waupaca has seven new cases, and a total of 78. Outagamie has six more, for 337.
Two counties each reported three additional cases. Fond du Lac is up to 262, and Manitowoc 45.
Shawano has one more, and 63 overall.
