Democratic challenger Joe Biden appears to be building momentum in Wisconsin. The latest Marquette Law School Poll finds Biden with a 49-percent to 41-percent lead over President Donald Trump among registered voters. Poll Director Charles Franklin says that gap was just three percent in March and May. The poll results come as President Trump prepares to make campaign stops in Green Bay and Marinette on Thursday.
