A Neenah teen is pleading guilty to killing his grandparents.
Eighteen-year-old Alexander Kraus argues he was mentally ill at the time, and a trial is scheduled for November to determine that.
He was charged with two counts of first-degree intentional homicide, after Dennis and Letha Kraus were killed in their Grand Chute home in April of last year.
Prosecutors say Kraus called 911, and told dispatchers he shot his grandparents. They say he had type-written plans in a backpack on how he was going to kill them.
Police believe Kraus was also planning an attack at Neenah High School.
