Neenah police believe a 34-year-old Milwaukee man shot and killed a man last week.
Prosecutors are charging Donald Billings with the murder of 38-year-old Adam Baith, in a home in the 900 block of Adams Street, on the city’s north side. Police were called to the house around 2:15 a.m. last Monday.
Chief Aaron Olson is calling it a “senseless killing” and he considers Billings to be armed and dangerous.
Prosecutors say Billings was drinking with Baith and several others at a bar in Neenah, and they were going to Baith’s house for an after-bar party.
They say Billings went to his girlfriend’s apartment in the Neenah area around 4:30 a.m., and surveillance video shows he was wet from about the chest down. They say the two left right away, and she drove him to Milwaukee.
