The state is reporting 5.3 percent of coronavirus tests came back positive today.
That’s down from 7.1 percent yesterday, and it’s the lowest total since last Thursday.
There are 315 new confirmed cases in Wisconsin, and 28,058 overall.
The state has 5,060 active cases, and that’s 51 more than yesterday. Seventy-nine percent of confirmed cases have recovered.
Hospitals are treating 237 COVID-19 patients, and that’s two fewer. Another 158 are waiting for test results.
The state is reporting no new deaths for the second straight day, and the total is still 777.
Outagamie has nine more cases, Winnebago seven, and Calumet three. Fond du Lac and Manitowoc each had one more.
