An advocacy group for seniors says scammers are using the coronvirus pandemic to try and steal money from people.
AARP spokeswoman Courtney Anclam says the latest one involves contact tracing. She says thieves pretend to be with a public health department, to try to get personal information.
Anclam stresses no legitimate organization would call and ask for money, or personal information.
