People will have to wear masks in all city-owned or city-run buildings in Appleton.
The policy starts next Tuesday.
Anyone without a mask will be given one, and if people refuse to wear one, they’ll be asked to leave.
City workers will have to wear face coverings as well, unless they’re separated by a plexiglass barrier.
