Investigators think a 33-year-old Appleton woman accidentally drowned in a small pond, south of Bonduel.
Shawano County Sheriff’s deputies found her this morning, about two hours after they got calls about a nine-year-old boy running, naked, on Happy Lane. They believe the child was the woman’s son.
Before they discovered the body, they found a suspicious car in the area.
Deputies are still investigating, and they’re waiting for the results of an autopsy.
