Brown County is held a community meeting outside this afternoon, to update people on a road project.
Troy Robillard of Ayres Associates says they’ll use the outdoor pavilion at the Town of Pittsfield Community Center to show off the plans for Marley Street, west of Howard. He says they wanted to give people an option if they were concerned about their safety.
The county will upgrade about a half-mile stretch of Marley Street, south of Highway C. There are plans to covert the road to a county highway.
The meeting was from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
