More apartments will be coming to downtown Neenah.
Tadych Investment Partners will put a six-story building along Main Street, in front of the Plexus property.
Mayor Dean Kaufert says it will have spots for businesses on the first floor, and 34 luxury apartments above it. The project is expected to cost $7 million dollars.
The city is offering to provide TIF payments totaling 22 percent of the value of the building.
It’s the second apartment project in downtown Neenah to be announced in the last few weeks. T. Wall Enterprises is planning a four-story project at the corner of Main Street and Millview Drive. It’s expected to cost $12.7 million.
