Green Bay police officers are being cleared of any criminal charges in a shooting on May 9th.
Investigators say Elder Melgar was shooting at a man, when officers shot and killed Melgar.
Police were called to an apartment building in the 2800 block of University Avenue. They say a woman reported Melgar and her ex-boyfriend were arguing. They say the ex-boyfriend ran outside, and Melgar chased him.
Melgar had multiple gunshot wounds.
