A Fond du Lac police officer is being credited with spotting a fire in a detached garage early this morning.
Fire crews were called to the 200 block of Linden Street around 4:30 a.m. Fire Chief Peter O’Leary believes the fire could have been worse if the officer didn’t see it and act quickly. O’Leary thinks everything in the garage has sever damage.
