There are 953 new confirmed coronavirus cases in Wisconsin.
That’s down from yesterday’s total of 1,018, the third time in four days with more than 1,000.
The state is reporting 6.7 percent of tests came back positive. That’s up from 5.8 percent yesterday, but lower than Thursday’s 6.9 percent.
There are 9,674 active cases, and that’s 14 fewer.
The state has had 47,870 confirmed cases overall.
Another 13 people have died, bringing the statewide total to 891.
Brown County has 47 new cases, Outagamie 19, Winnebago 18, and Calumet 10.
Fond du Lac added seven, Waupaca five, and Manitowoc four.
Shawano and Oconto both have three more. Kewaunee has one new case.
