Some people are getting seeds they didn’t order in the mail and state officials are concerned.
The seeds come from China and the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection is working with the USDA on this investigation because packages have been received across the country. Officials with DATCP say anyone who receives the seeds should set them aside, keep the packaging and report it on their website. The agency’s secretary says they could be an invasive plant so they don’t want people to throw them away.
