The top official for the federal Small Business Administration is in Green Bay today to hear from business leaders about the Payroll Protection Program.
Administrator Jovita Carranza is encouraging small businesses to apply. She says the federal government has provided more than 5,000 loans, for a total of $9 billion.
The funding is still available until August 8th.
Carranza says she wants to know if the program is helping, and what other needs small businesses have.
