Video from I-95 in Florida shows a man in short-shorts and a mini-top (not judging) riding on the hood of a semi tractor-trailer brandishing a steel bar – as the driver tries to shake the dude off.
Now for the important question… what’s going on here?
Is it a new lot-lizard rideshare program? Did someone not get paid for services rendered at the truckstop? Meth? Florida? ALL of the above?
