A former Grand Chute police community service officer accused of trading child porn on the internet says he is “not guilty”. Casey Welk enters the plea in Outagamie County Court to ten felony counts. Welk was arrested last month following an investigation into his on-line activities by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. He was serving as a part-time CSO for Grand Chute Police at the time. No trial date has been set.
