A Green Bay man is facing an attempted murder charge, after he was arrested during a manhunt earlier this week.
Twenty-nine-year-old Casey Fulton was wanted for a shooting on Alice Drive in Ashwaubenon last month.
Prosecutors say the victim reported having a cigarette with a man he didn’t know, outside of his apartment building. They say Fulton apparently walked into the man’s apartment with marijuana, asked the victim if he wanted to buy some, and then shot the man in the stomach.
