Governor Evers doesn’t expect to issue any statewide orders on the start of the school year this fall.
He says it’s up to local districts whether to hold in-person classes or online ones. He says at this point, there seem to be good discussions going on, and good decisions are being made.
Evers says he’s happy districts that are reopening classrooms are offering virtual options for students and parents, if they don’t feel comfortable returning to school.
