More than 800 people took part in an online event to learn more about social injustice and ending racism.
Lawrence University’s Vice President for Diversity and Inclusion Kimberly Barrett helped organize the community forum for Imagine Fox Cities. She says her heart is full of hope and gratitude because of the turnout.
She says hundreds were willing to spend their afternoon, online, trying to learn how they can make their community more inclusive, and help everyone know they belong in the Fox Cities.
People were able to hear from local and national experts, along with community activists.
