The Green Bay School Board unanimously approved a plan to reopen schools.
Superintendent Stephen Murley says they put together their own plan because they’re not getting guidance from federal, state and local leaders. He says criteria will be based on the how many COVID-19 cases there are in Brown County.
The metrics will allow the district to move between three learning models, virtual, in-person and hybrid depending on coronavirus cases. The district will ask the county’s health department to review their metrics and give them feedback.
